Locker Pickup Instructions

Received your pickup codes? Follow this photo guide to collect all your packages after hours.

Before you arrive

Look for the emails from both info@ship49.com and support@packagenexus.com. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see them.

 

Building entrance code → outside door keypad
Locker pickup code → locker touchscreen inside

 

Keep the emails handy. Collect your packages within 24 hours after your locker becomes available.

1. Enter the building

Enter the building entrance code from info@ship49.com on the door keypad to unlock the entrance.

2. Find the locker

Once inside, walk past the customer counter and mailboxes to find the locker. The red arrow in the photo points to its touchscreen.

3. Collect all your packages

Enter your locker pickup code from support@packagenexus.com on the touchscreen and press ENTER. Retrieve all your packages, then securely close the locker door.

Press HELP, select Customer, and follow the on-screen instruction.
