HOW TO SIGN UP & USE OUR SERVICE

1. Click on "Log In/Sign Up" on the top right corner to sign up (No registration fee)

2. Look for your registration confirmation email, as it contains your customer number# and helpful information for shipping and picking up. Please check junk mail if don't receive welcome email within 5min of sign up.

3. Then you may begin shipping anytime using the address format below:
(For parcels: we will notify you via email or SMS text notifications)
(For lettermails: no notifications, please call/email us and we will check for you)

General Guidelines and FAQ
RECEIVING: We only accept packages​ up to 50lbs from major carriers (USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL). Packages over 50lbs will not be accepted.
PAYMENT: We accept Canadian credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), but not Canadian debit cards or Canadian cash.
PICKING UP: Please wait to receive a notification from us before crossing the border. All received packages must be picked up during each visit.
PACKAGE INQUIRY: If seller/carrier says packages is delivered, but you haven't received notifications, please send us an email with order shipping address and tracking number. Please click on the button below:
